The Big Day.

Well the big day has come and gone and I must say it was a great event. A big shout out to Krysti Coursey for planning the details of the day...she went over and beyond. In fact the day went so well we decided to have a Class of 1988 21st reunion...okay not really but it was a very successful event. Below are some pictures from the day. Thanks to all of you who carved out time to attend the event, it was a great group of people.

15 days away!

Happy fourth of July! I trust everyone is having a fun and safe summer. My family participated in a 4th of July 5 mile fund raising run in Sacramento and had a great time. We are raising money for an orphanage in Ethiopia called Hannah's Hope. Carrie and I leave for Ethiopia on July 12th to pick up our 16 month old son...we are very excited about the newest member to the family...Brenner Dawit Paschall.

I talked to Krysti last night and it sounds like all of the plans are set for our reunion. Only 15 days away! If you haven't registered and still want to come please call Angela Jones at SA and let her know you will be there. We want as many people as possible.

I look forward to seeing everyone.

Connections

As Carrie and I sat down last night to plan out our summer schedule we realized there are only 55 days left until our 20 year reunion! Since Krysti and I started planning this event several months back I have had the change to connect with several of you. I was excited to hear that Susu and Sonjulaine will me coming all the way from Alaska to join us on July 19th. Misti Whittenberg and Shana Kelber will be coming as well even thought they didn't graduate with us. Some other folks I was able to connect with through e-mail and phone were: Julie Knudson, Tiffany Edmondson, David Simonsen, Dalen Muster, M'chel Boxall, Nate Wenel, Shaunie Beaty (forgot last name)Bonnie Strunk and Aundi Russell.

If you have any fun high-school pictures to post on this blog, please e-mail them to me.

If you haven't turned in the registration form please do so soon so we can plan accordingly. If you aren't able to attend be sure to send in your bio form for the book we are putting together.

Sweet heart banquet

Here is a picture from my photo album that cracked me up. Remember the sweet heart banquet? My favorite thing about the picture is Julie's pink hat and Brody's white coat...very classy.

This picture was taken in 1989 at Tammy Baker's house in Woodburn. Several of us got together after a year out of high-school.

Photo Shoot

I came across this random picture and I had to post it on the blog. Anyone recognize the administrator in the back behind Dan Larkin? I think it's Mr. Bullock.

We need your help.

We have had a great response about the reunion so far!...should be a good turn out. If you are coming and have an artistic son/daughter to do face painting for the little kids let us know. We are also in need of someone to take pictures for us...maybe a friend or sibling that would be willing to come and snap some shots. If you can help please leave a note in the comment section or e-mail Krysti.
